Machine Prognostics

Machine Prognostics AS is a Norwegian company. Our background knowledge comes from the aerospace sector thanks to our long-time collaboration partner and co-owners which helped us develop a certified machine monitoring system able to monitor critical and complex assets, e.g. helicopter main rotor gearbox. We are now capitalizing on this knowledge and transferring it to other industries. Our vision is to empower maintenance engineers all over the world by providing them with reliable actionable information about the health status of their machinery. Unlike our competitors, our system, called Foresight, does not require training neither human expertise to be used, our interface has been designed around the maintainer for ease of use and to provide clear unambiguous information. When machines show wear, Foresight removes the mechanical diagnostic guesswork by automatically identifying the worn components and provides quantified time estimates of the remaining useful life before maintenance is needed. From the very first day, anyone can use and understand Foresight data.
