Based on the latest mobile & cloud technologies, Yuman promotes a highly collaborative approach among stakeholders to facilitate and improve mission planning, assignment, shorten travel times and optimize the execution of curative and preventive actions.

Scheduling: To help organise technicians’ schedules, Yuman offers you a shared calendar with daily and weekly views, accessible on desktops and mobile devices. You can immediately see who is available and assign them a task with a simple drag and drop. The duration of the intervention is automatically calculated according to the nature of the work required and can easily be updated.

Intervention: The digital intervention form includes all the information needed for the technician to carry out his intervention as well as possible: intervention address, equipment needed, detailed task descriptions, list of the necessary materials, co-workers if necessary, notes, etc.

Billing: Yuman not only takes care of the entire intervention, from scheduling to invoicing but also allows for direct on-site intervention invoicing. This feature saves a considerable amount of time as it allows for immediate payment collection but also eliminates the need for any further subsequent data entry.

Maintenance: Yuman allows you to set up maintenance plans: each plan details the technical equipment required, the maintenance operations with details of the associated technical tasks, the frequency of these operations and the time expected to complete each task. Yuman, which holds your catalogue of services, helps you to build, visualize and update these plans. We offer you standard libraries per technical batch that you can use directly or as a starting point if needed.
