retrofit GmbH

retrofit GmbH is a manufacturer-independent repair specialist for industrial electronics, based in Nufringen near Stuttgart, Germany.

Frequency inverter repair: We repair variable frequency drives and AC drives from all common manufacturers at component level in our own workshop, with no minimum order value. Every repair includes fault analysis, component-level repair and a final functional test. Customers receive a free cost estimate before any work begins. Because the installation situation and existing parameter set are retained, repair is often faster than sourcing a replacement unit, particularly for discontinued models.

Obsolescence management: When original spare parts are no longer available from the manufacturer, we source discontinued frequency inverters, control components and assemblies through our international procurement network.

Further services: Repair of HMI panels, industrial PCs, PLC assemblies, servo motors and control boards. Retrofitting and modernisation of existing machinery, including reverse engineering and production of replacement circuit boards for obsolete assemblies.

Manufacturers serviced include Siemens, Schneider Electric, ABB, Lenze, Danfoss, Yaskawa, KEB, Baumüller, Omron, Fanuc and Rockwell Automation.
