As an experienced Industrial Engineer in Electro mechanics  I can rely on 20+ years of intensive experience in maintenance management and manufacturing excellence management. My domains of expertise for maintenance management are reliability engineering, maintenance and asset management, work order flow optimization, maintenance organization, condition based monitoring (CBM), work preparation, planning and scheduling, spare parts management and domains for manufacturing excellence management are lean – 6sigma (black belt), 6s (= 5s + safety), Kaizen, Failure mode effect analyses (FMEA), visual management, waste reduction (TIM WOOD), change management.

I worked on maintenance management for Barry Callebaut, Kraft Foods (Mondelez), PB Gelatines (Tessenderlo Group), Mead Johnson Nutrition (Reckitt Benckiser Group) and on manufacturing excellence for Kraft Foods and  Amcor Flexibles. Involved in Project management, improvement projects, transformation projects, operational management, employer council, Strategic investment decision making, ….
